Do they really go faster as we get older?  The days, weeks, months, even years seem to fly by for us old folks.  No, this is not because the pace of life has increased in the Twentieth and Twenty-First Centuries. Tempus fugit because each moment occupies a smaller portion of the whole of the life we have lived -- creating an illusion.

We celebrate!  How did history convert a massacre into a day for sharing the message of love?  We asked Missy.  S/he responded with an address (i.e. URL) via The Correspondent.

Myth & The Word

Two of our Ruby Friends received a late night call from one of their children last night.  The communication startled them.  Archtypal material, the foundation of myth, flooded their wakefulness.  Today we study IT, celebrate birthdays and the word Mark.  Mark is a father with two sons, a neighbor and a colleague.  He is also a Ruby Friend "for reals" on Facebook.

Is IT coincidence that The Word, Mark, is also related to the family of Mark whose two sons bear the same biblical names (Joshua or Jesus and Caleb) spelled differently?  Is IT also coincidnece that yesterday, the last day of Hanukkah,  Our friend drCCY heard from HER daughter (Ashley Dawn) that her sister had come through with an invitation to celebrate Christmas?  She was overjoyed!
